Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구의 목적은 응급실 간호사가 경험하게 되는 폭력경험에 대한 반응, 회복탄력성 및 소진을 알아보고 이들의 관계를 파악하여 응급실 간호사의 소진에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하고자 한다.
방법: 자료는 15개의 응급실 간호사 237명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, Mann-Whitney test, ANOVA, Kruskall Wallis test, Pearson correlation, 그리고 hierarchical multiple regression으로 분석하였다.
결과: 소진은 응급실 간호사의 폭력경험에 대한 반응과 정적 상관관계를 보였으며 회복탄력성과는 부정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 응급실 간호사의 소진에 영향을 미치는 예측요인들은 폭력경험에 대한 반응(β=.466, p<.001), 회복탄력성(β=-.308, p<.001), 그리고 종교(β=-.131, p=.011)이었으며 39.9%의 설명력을 가졌다.
결론: 본 연구결과 폭력경험에 대한 반응과 회복탄력성은 응급실 간호사의 소진에 영향을 미치는 중요요인임이 확인되었다. 따라서 폭력에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 전략과 회복탄력성을 강화시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between response to violence, resilience and burnout and to investigate the factors that affect burnout in emergency room nurses.
Methods: Data from 237 nurses in 15 emergency rooms were collected using a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0, and the analyses included descriptive statistics, t-test, Mann-Whitney test, ANOVA, Kruskall Wallis test, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression.
Results: Burnout was positively correlated with response to violence and negatively correlated with resilience in emergency room nurses. Response to violence (β=.466, p<.001), resilience (β=-.308, p<.001), and religion (β=-.131, p=.011) were significant predictors of burnout, and they explained 39.9% of emergency room nurses’ burnout.
Conclusion: Response to violence and resilience were identified as significant factors affecting burnout in emergency room nurses. Therefore, it is necessary to develop strategies to cope effectively with violence and to develop programs that can strengthen resilience.
